At Century City Psychiatry, our goal is to make your care experience clear, supportive, and efficient from the very first step. Below is an overview of what to expect when becoming a new patient with us.
1. Submit an Inquiry
You can get started by completing our online inquiry form or by calling our office.
Once we receive your information, our team will review it and send you two secure forms to complete through Osmind, our HIPAA-compliant patient platform:
- Osmind Intake Form – to help us understand your history and needs
- New Patient Packet – includes our consent forms and credit card authorization form, which is encrypted and securely stored through Osmind.
This authorization is required before confirming your intake appointment.
2. Complete Your Intake Forms
After you submit your forms, our clinical team will:
- Verify your insurance eligibility, and
- Review your clinical information to ensure we’re the right fit for your needs
This process typically takes 1–2 business days.
If any additional information is needed, our team will contact you directly.
3. Schedule Your Intake Appointment
When you’re eligible to be seen, we’ll email you a list of available appointment times with one of our licensed providers.
Appointments are available in person at our Century City office or via secure Zoom telehealth.
If your insurance plan is not accepted, we’ll let you know and provide self-pay options.
In accordance with federal law, self-pay patients are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges prior to their visit.
If you would like a written estimate, please let us know and we’ll provide one before scheduling.
4. Attend Your Appointment
For in-person visits:
Our office is located at
10323 Santa Monica Blvd, Suite 108A, Los Angeles, CA 90025
Parking options include metered street parking, nearby garages, and one hour of free parking at the Westfield Century City Mall across the street.
For telehealth visits:
You’ll receive a secure Zoom link via email from Osmind before your appointment.
Please ensure you’re in a private, quiet space in California at the time of your visit.
5. After Your Visit
- Any applicable co-pays or self-pay fees will be charged on the day of your visit.
- Your insurance will process your claim, and any remaining balance (such as deductible or co-insurance) will be billed afterward.
- You can message our team securely through Osmind with follow-up questions or medication updates.
6. Our Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with less notice will incur a fee.
