Controlled medications may occasionally require an in-person visit depending on federal or state regulations.

We require at least 24 business hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
“Business hours” means hours during which our office is open (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM).
For example, canceling an appointment scheduled for Monday morning must be done by the prior Friday morning to avoid a fee.Late cancellations or missed appointments incur a fee:
